  2. 2

JPG is already selected in the Convert tab. Adjust the quality in the Compress tab if you want smaller files.

  3. 3

Download each JPG, or download all of them at once as a ZIP.

Why convert HEIC to JPG?

HEIC photos look great on Apple devices, but try opening one on a Windows PC, uploading it to a job portal or attaching it to some email apps and you will often hit an error. JPG is the universal photo format: every device, browser and website understands it.

Converting in the browser means you do not need to install anything or upload private photos to a server. Photos keep their correct orientation, and location data is not copied into the JPG, so they are safe to share.

Frequently asked questions

What is a HEIC file?

HEIC (High Efficiency Image Container) is the photo format iPhones use by default. It saves space but is not supported by many Windows programs, websites and upload forms.

Are my photos uploaded to convert them?

No. The conversion happens entirely in your browser, so your photos never leave your device.

Can I convert a whole album at once?

Yes. There is no limit on the number of photos. Add them all, then use "Download all" to get one ZIP file.

Will the JPG lose quality?

At the default quality the difference is not visible. Raise the quality to 90 or more for printing, or lower it if you need smaller files.
