Reporting a problem

To help us fix issues quickly, please include:

  • The tool you were using and the page address
  • Your browser and device (for example, Chrome on Android)
  • The file type and approximate size of the image
  • What you expected to happen and what happened instead

Please do not email us images that contain personal or sensitive information. Our tools process images on your device, and we never need your files to provide the service.
